The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/15E universal AC power supply module is a half-height power card for the Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection system, it is the upgraded version of the old 3500/15 AC power module. This module must be installed in the dedicated power slot on the left side of the 3500 rack. It accepts wide-range universal AC input 85~264Vac, automatically adapts to different site AC power without manual switching, and converts AC input into multiple stable DC buses to supply power for all monitor, relay and communication modules inside the rack. Users can install two 3500/15E modules to build dual redundant power architecture. If one power supply fails or is replaced, the other one continues to run, so the TSI monitoring and safety trip logic will not be interrupted. It supports hot swapping under normal rack operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty power module without shutting down the whole rack system. Front panel LED indicator displays module OK status and fault alarm for convenient on-site inspection. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection circuits to prevent damage to the power module and other rack plug-in cards under abnormal power conditions. This module is compatible with all 3500/05 series rack chassis, suitable for ordinary non-explosive control room environments. It is widely applied in petrochemical, power generation and metallurgy industries, matched with steam turbines, gas turbines and centrifugal compressors, providing stable and reliable power source for 3500 online machinery protection monitoring system.
