Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TCD2013-L04 refers to the Deutz TCD2013-L04 four-cylinder water-cooled turbocharged charge-cooled diesel engine configured as the original power unit for Atlas Copco mobile air compressors and drilling equipment. This inline four-cylinder engine adopts Deutz DCR common rail electronic fuel injection system and EMR4 electronic controller, delivering stable and reliable power with low fuel consumption and smooth running performance. It has a displacement of 4.8 L, and its power output ranges from 77 kW to 129 kW according to different tuning versions, complying with Stage IIIA and EPA Tier 3 off-road emission standards. It is built with wet cylinder liners, supporting easy overhaul and long service intervals, and features excellent cold-start capability under low-temperature environments. It can sustain continuous operation in harsh working conditions with heavy dust, vibration and fluctuating ambient temperature. Users can carry out fault diagnosis, parameter reading and calibration via professional Deutz diagnostic software. Integrated protection functions include overspeed, low oil pressure and overheat protection to avoid permanent engine damage during unattended operation. We can supply the complete engine assembly as well as individual spare parts including cylinder head, crankshaft, fuel injectors, sensors and cooling components for Atlas Copco portable compressors and drill rig overhaul. It is widely used as the matched drive power for Atlas Copco mobile compressors, rock drills and other off-road construction machines.
