Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52S-N-TT belongs to the TC52 PowerMACS servo drive family. It is a compact single-channel servo tightening drive, evolved from the standard TC52S-N, with TT designated for dedicated ToolsTalk compatible configuration variant. It has no fixed built-in fieldbus port, supporting optional communication modules to match various PLC and MES control architectures for on-site automation lines. This drive is designed to control Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for high-precision bolt fastening. Operators can set torque, angle, rotational speed and multi-step tightening sequences conveniently through ToolsTalk software and dedicated Atlas Copco configuration tools. All fastening cycle records are stored locally, supporting complete production traceability for quality audit, statistical analysis and continuous process improvement. It adopts compact cabinet mounting layout, occupying limited cabinet space and widely deployed in manual tightening stations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle assembly stations. It integrates comprehensive hardware protection circuits including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to safeguard the drive and matched electric nutrunner under long continuous cyclic operation. Isolated digital I/O terminals are reserved for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is widely selected for automotive component assembly, electronic product manufacturing and general machinery assembly that requires compact single-channel fastening control, flexible bus expansion and native ToolsTalk software compatibility.
