Product Details:
ATLAS COPCO TC52S-N belongs to the TC52 servo drive family. It is a compact single-channel standard servo drive without fixed built-in fieldbus port, made to drive Atlas Copco low and medium torque electric servo nutrunners for precision bolt fastening. The suffix N stands for standard single channel configuration, leaving users the freedom to fit optional communication modules according to the site PLC architecture. Users can define torque, angle, rotational speed and multi-step tightening sequences via dedicated Atlas Copco configuration software. All fastening cycles are saved locally, supporting full traceability for quality audit and production tracking. It adopts cabinet mounting with small footprint, suitable for manual assembly stations, robotic fastening cells and small fixtured multi-spindle stations. It carries complete hardware protection including over current, over voltage, short circuit and over temperature protection to protect the drive and connected tightening tool under continuous cyclic load. Isolated digital I/O terminals are reserved for tool trigger, ready status and fault handshake signals. It is widely used in auto parts, electronics and general machinery assembly that needs compact single-channel fastening control and flexible communication expansion.
