DEUTZ TCD2012 is a water cooled inline diesel engine series with turbocharging and charge air cooling, offered in 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder configurations for mobile off highway machinery. It adopts Deutz common rail DCR high pressure fuel injection system and EMR 3 electronic engine management, supporting CAN bus communication and built in diagnostic functions. The power range covers from 66 kW to 155 kW at 2400 rpm, meeting EU Stage IIIA and US EPA Tier 3 emission standards. This engine features compact layout, high power density and multiple gear driven PTO interfaces for hydraulic pump installation. Service points are concentrated on one side for easy daily inspection and maintenance. It achieves reliable cold start performance under low temperature environments, with long oil change intervals and low specific fuel consumption to cut operation cost. The four cylinder variant can be equipped with optional mass balancing gear to reduce vibration and running noise. Its robust casting structure allows stable operation with different fuel qualities around the world. It is widely used for excavators, wheel loaders, aerial work platforms, agricultural harvesters, mobile pumps and stationary industrial power units. It is also supplied as original replacement power assembly and spare engine for old equipment retrofit.
