ATLAS COPCO PF4000-G-HW is the graphic version of Power Focus 4000 tightening controller, equipped with full graphic display and complete keypad for industrial bolt fastening control. It supports torque control, angle monitoring, step program management and batch data storage, records tightening curve, result status, time stamp and operator information for production quality traceability. This G variant features graphic HMI interface for intuitive viewing of curve graphs, alarm messages and batch reports on the local screen. It can connect with Atlas Copco Tensor series electric nutrunners and support multiple tightening strategies including Dynatork and yield classification.

It adopts cabinet mounting industrial housing with built-in EMC protection circuit, suitable for automotive and general assembly production lines. The controller supports serial communication interface for connection with PLC and upper monitoring systems, and all tightening programs can be edited, backed up and uploaded via dedicated configuration software. The HW suffix represents this specific hardware revision scheme. This is an obsolete legacy model, still widely used as replacement spare part for old assembly stations. Every spare unit will pass tool communication test, tightening function verification and firmware compatibility check before shipment to ensure stable operation with matched Atlas Copco electric fastening tools.

Industry Applications: Applied in petrochemical auxiliary skids, gas flow control systems, boiler closed-loop control rooms and water treatment facilities for conventional analog signal acquisition and valve regulating output.
