ATLAS COPCO PF6000LV is the Power Focus 6000 LV low-voltage tightening controller for Atlas Copco Tensor SL series electric tightening tools, designed for precision bolt fastening and assembly quality control in automotive and general manufacturing workshops. It supports multi-tool connection with virtual station function, allowing one controller to manage multiple tightening tools independently and realize separate parameter setting and data storage for each station. The unit is equipped with a 7-inch local touch screen for operators to view torque value, angle data, tightening result and alarm status directly on site, and Web HMI function supports remote configuration, batch parameter editing and traceability data query via browser.

This LV version is specially optimized for low-voltage SL tool series, with matched communication protocol and power output specification. It supports multiple advanced tightening strategies including torque control, angle monitoring and TurboTight function, and records complete tightening event logs, batch information and tool self-diagnosis data for production quality traceability. The controller adopts compact industrial housing with good anti-vibration performance, built-in EMC protection circuit and isolated signal interface to reduce interference on production lines. It supports Open Protocol for seamless communication with PLC, SCADA and upper MES systems.
