ATLAS COPCO PF4000-C-PN-HW is the Power Focus 4000 series industrial tightening controller equipped with Profinet communication interface, designed for fixed electric nutrunner tools on automated assembly lines. It supports torque control, angle monitoring, yield evaluation and Dynatork anti-loosening tightening strategy, capturing full tightening data including torque curve, angle value, batch number and result status for production quality traceability. This PN version integrates Profinet fieldbus communication to exchange data directly with PLC and SCADA systems, realizing fast signal interaction and program call from upper automation system.

The controller has a front panel display and operation buttons for on-site checking of tightening results, parameter viewing and fault diagnosis. It supports multi-program storage and flexible switching for different bolt fastening specifications. The industrial housing is designed for cabinet mounting, with built-in EMC protection circuit to resist interference on production lines. Although this model is an obsolete legacy product, it is still widely used as replacement spare parts for old automotive and general assembly workshops. The HW suffix represents this specific hardware configuration version with Profinet interface. Every spare unit will pass tool communication test, tightening function verification and bus compatibility check before shipment to ensure stable operation with matched Atlas Copco electric tightening tools.
