ATLAS COPCO PF6000 is the Power Focus 6000 standard tightening controller platform developed by Atlas Copco for industrial bolt fastening and assembly quality management. It supports connection with up to six electric tightening tools simultaneously via virtual station technology, each tool running independent tightening programs without mutual interference. The unit is equipped with a 7-inch front LCD touch screen for on-site viewing of torque, angle, batch count and tightening result status, supporting local parameter setup, program editing and fault check. It supports TurboTight high-speed tightening strategy, torque control, angle monitoring and yield classification, and records complete tightening trace data including time stamp, operator ID and tool tag information for quality audit.

It adopts compact industrial housing with reliable EMC anti-interference performance, suitable for cabinet mounting on automotive, new energy and general assembly production lines. The controller supports Open Protocol communication to exchange data with PLC, SCADA and MES systems, and can be configured and managed remotely through ToolsTalk 2 software and built-in Web HMI. The FMS function management system supports flexible license activation and function expansion according to production requirements. Every spare unit will pass tool communication test, tightening function verification and firmware compatibility inspection before shipment to ensure stable operation with Atlas Copco electric fastening tools. It is widely stocked as replacement control units for intelligent assembly fastening lines.
