ATLAS COPCO PF4000-C-PB-HW belongs to the Power Focus 4000 series, it is a compact single-channel industrial tightening controller integrated with native Profibus DP fieldbus interface. The letter C represents compact type without local LCD screen and physical operation keypad. There is no local panel for parameter modification, curve viewing and fault checking. All tightening program setup, parameter adjustment, function configuration, data backup and equipment fault diagnosis need to be completed remotely via the official ToolsTalk PF configuration software on external PC. This controller is designed for automated bolt fastening stations controlled by PLC bus, suitable for fixed assembly stations that do not require frequent on-site manual operation.
