ATLAS COPCO PF3007-C-DN-HW belongs to the Power Focus 3000 series, it is a compact single-channel industrial tightening controller integrated with native DeviceNet fieldbus interface. The letter C represents compact type without local LCD screen and physical operation keypad. There is no local panel for parameter modification, curve viewing and fault checking. All tightening program setup, parameter adjustment, function configuration, data backup and equipment fault diagnosis need to be completed remotely via the official ToolsTalk PF configuration software on external PC. DN stands for DeviceNet communication board, used for stable data interaction with Rockwell PLC and upper automation host. This controller is designed for automated bolt fastening stations controlled by bus signal, suitable for fixed assembly stations that do not require frequent on-site manual operation.
