The AMAT 0100-20003 is a digital I/O VME board, also known as digital pcb or io board, designed for Applied Materials Centura, Endura and P5000 semiconductor wafer processing platforms. It is a VME rack mounted input/output control board, responsible for digital signal exchange between main VME controller and field actuators, valves, sensors and safety interlock devices.
