The AMAT 0090-76133 VME SBC is a high-reliability SBC board and semiconductor controller custom built for Applied Materials semiconductor manufacturing equipment. It serves as the core master control board for AMAT Centura and Endura wafer processing platforms, undertaking critical tasks including process recipe operation, real-time logic calculation, analog and digital signal collection, fault diagnosis, alarm output and cross-module data communication. During wafer etching, thin film deposition and surface treatment processes, this board ensures every production step runs according to preset parameters, maintains precise process consistency and minimizes wafer scrap rate. It is designed to operate stably inside semiconductor cleanrooms, resisting minor vibration, dust and temperature variation that commonly exist in fab workshop environments, supporting long-hour non-stop operation of industrial tools.

This VME SBC adopts Motorola 68040 32-bit industrial processor with strong real-time computing capacity. It comes with 16MB onboard DRAM, and the memory can be expanded up to 32MB to store process data and temporary operation logs. Onboard FLASH ROM is used to solidify embedded firmware and system program, avoiding data loss after power failure. It is fitted with standard VME bus P1/P2 connectors, achieving high-speed bidirectional data transmission between the mainboard and other functional modules like I/O boards, power control boards and sensor interface boards. The board integrates two RS232 serial ports and one RS485 serial port, supporting stable serial connection with on-site sensors, actuators and human-machine display units. The rated power supply is +5V DC, and the operating temperature range covers -40℃ to 70℃, adapting to different installation positions inside semiconductor machines.
