TRICONEX PM6301A is a high-reliability rack power supply module designed for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety power module converts the input voltage into stable DC power output, supplying continuous and clean power to processor modules, I/O modules and communication modules inside the safety rack. The module adopts triple modular redundant power design, supporting redundant parallel operation, which can keep stable power supply when one power unit fails and eliminate single point failure risk. It integrates multi-level protection circuits including over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit protection to avoid damage to the whole safety rack caused by power abnormality. Built-in continuous self-diagnosis function monitors output voltage, current and internal temperature in real time, and uploads power fault alarm information to the safety controller. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty power module online without shutting down the whole safety system, reducing system downtime. It cooperates with Tricon main chassis, processor modules and I/O modules. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX PM6301A power supply module provides stable power support for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas detection and burner management safety interlock systems.
