TRICONEX 24765-01-01 is a TMR safety control module for Triconex safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety module receives interlock logic commands from the safety controller and transmits control signals to field actuators and detection devices, completing signal transmission and circuit protection within the safety rack. The module adopts triple modular redundant 2-out-of-3 voting architecture, which can maintain normal operation when one internal channel fails and eliminate single point failure risk. It has built-in continuous self-diagnosis function, capable of detecting circuit open circuit, short circuit and power abnormal state, and uploading fault alarm information to the safety controller in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the whole safety system, reducing system downtime. It cooperates with Tricon main chassis, I/O modules and matched shielded cable assemblies.
