TRICONEX 9765-210 is a 32-point 3-wire analog current input termination panel built for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety field terminal panel works as the wiring interface between Tricon analog input modules and field 3-wire transmitters, collecting 4-20mA field current signals and converting them into stable 0~5VDC signals for the safety analog I/O modules. The termination panel supports redundant 24VDC power supply with diode ORing circuit design for field transmitters. Each signal channel is equipped with a 50mA fast-acting fuse for short-circuit protection to prevent surge current from damaging the rear analog module. It adopts industrial-grade PCB and high-quality spring clamp terminals, supporting 14-22AWG instrument wires, featuring stable contact performance and strong anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference capability to adapt to harsh industrial cabinet environments. This panel is compatible with Tricon 3704E high-density analog input module, two pieces of 9765-210 panels are required to match one 64-point analog input module. It cooperates with Tricon main chassis, analog input modules and matched shielded cable assemblies. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX 9765-210 termination panel undertakes field analog signal wiring work for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas detection and burner management safety interlock systems.
