TRICONEX 9753-110 is a 16-point analog voltage input termination panel developed for Triconex TMR safety instrumented systems (SIS), compatible with Tricon V9 and V10 system versions. This TMR safety field terminal panel serves as the wiring interface between Tricon analog input modules and field transmitters, collecting 0~5VDC, ±5VDC and 0~10VDC analog voltage signals and transmitting stable field signals to the safety analog I/O modules. The termination panel adopts industrial-grade PCB and cage screw terminals, supporting 14-22AWG solid copper instrument wires, featuring stable contact performance and good anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference performance to adapt to harsh industrial cabinet environments. It has commoned return terminals for signal wiring, with 1500VAC dielectric isolation between module connector side and field wiring side to block electromagnetic interference from field equipment. Two pieces of 9753-110 panels can be matched to connect with one 32-point analog input module, realizing high-density analog signal collection. It cooperates with Tricon main chassis, analog input modules and matched shielded cable assemblies. Widely applied in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power industries, this TRICONEX 9753-110 termination panel undertakes field analog signal wiring work for ESD emergency shutdown, fire and gas detection and burner management safety interlock systems.
