TRICONEX 0923-141-6957 is a safety interface module built with triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety control module establishes reliable signal transmission between the Tricon main controller and field instruments, realizing bidirectional signal conversion and isolation for safety control circuits. The Tricon safety interface module adopts reinforced metal housing and shielding circuit design to suppress electromagnetic interference and ground loop noise in harsh industrial environments. It supports 24VDC operating voltage, with built-in signal conditioning and channel fault diagnosis functions. The module uses 2-out-of-3 voting logic for signal processing to eliminate single point of failure and guarantee safety signal integrity.
