TRICONEX 3703E is a 16-channel galvanic isolated analog input module built with triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for Triconex Tricon safety instrumented systems (SIS). This TMR safety I/O module collects 4-20mA or DC voltage signals from pressure transmitters, flow meters, temperature sensors and other field process instruments, converting analog field measurements into digital data for the Tricon main controller. The Tricon 16-channel isolated analog input module adopts independent galvanic isolation for each channel, effectively blocking surge voltage, ground loop noise and cross-channel interference in harsh industrial environments. It uses triple redundant signal processing circuits and 2-out-of-3 voting logic to eliminate single point of failure and guarantee high-precision signal acquisition. Continuous built-in channel diagnostics can detect circuit faults, signal abnormalities and hardware failures, and upload fault alarm messages to the Tricon engineering workstation in real time. The module supports hot swap operation, maintenance personnel can replace the faulty module online without shutting down the whole safety system. Front panel LED indicators display module PASS, FAULT and channel working status for fast on-site inspection and troubleshooting. It can be installed in standard Tricon rack and cooperates with Tricon processor and matching termination panels.
