SIEMENS QLODM115ACBBN is an ODM discrete output module designed for QUADLOG and APACS+ DCS rack systems, configured for 115VAC discrete switching output. It carries multi-channel switching points to receive on-off control commands sent from the main control module, then drive field solenoid valves, relay assemblies, motor contactors and other discrete actuators to execute interlock and sequence actions. The module adopts industrial-grade reinforced PCB and full EMC shielding layout, integrated surge suppression and channel isolation circuits to prevent cross-channel interference and ground loop disturbance inside dense control cabinets, which can effectively protect internal circuits from voltage spikes and electromagnetic noise on site.

It adopts standard backplane plug-in installation structure and supports quick removal and replacement during routine overhaul and emergency fault maintenance, which helps maintenance personnel shorten the downtime of interlock control loops. Each channel is equipped with independent overload and short-circuit protection, and built-in diagnostic logic can detect channel open circuit, overload and hardware failure states, feeding fault information back to the control host in real time for fast fault location.
