SIEMENS 42H100 is a 42H series precision pneumatic pressure regulator originally produced by Moore, designed for instrument air pressure reduction and stable pressure control in traditional pneumatic automation loops. It can convert fluctuating inlet air pressure into constant regulated outlet pressure within the range of 1.5 to 100 PSIG, providing stable instrument air supply for downstream pneumatic transmitters, controllers, I/P converters and valve positioners. The regulator adopts stable diaphragm sensing assembly and precision balancing spring structure, with built-in overpressure relief function to prevent damage caused by sudden pressure surge from air supply pipeline. It adopts heavy-duty die-cast aluminum housing with anti-corrosion coating, suitable for installation on instrument manifolds, control panels and skid-mounted pipelines exposed to moisture, dust and continuous mechanical vibration.

It is equipped with top adjustment knob for convenient on-site setpoint tuning, maintaining excellent long-term stability and low pressure offset when inlet supply pressure changes. A minimum 5 PSIG differential between supply pressure and regulated output pressure is required for normal operation. The regulator follows standard pneumatic threaded connection interface and contains internal filter element to remove impurities from instrument air and reduce nozzle blockage risk. Every spare unit will pass air leakage test, pressure regulation linearity calibration and stability inspection before shipment to ensure consistent regulating performance and compatibility with legacy Moore pneumatic control equipment. It is widely stocked as replacement spare parts for instrument air supply loops in petrochemical and chemical plants.

Industry Applications: Applied in petrochemical auxiliary skids, gas flow control systems, boiler closed-loop control rooms and water treatment facilities for conventional analog signal acquisition and valve regulating output.
