The P320 is the SITRANS P320 smart pressure transmitter of Siemens, designed for precise pressure, differential pressure and level measurement in industrial process loops. It supports 4-20mA signal output with HART communication protocol, allowing operators to read real-time measurement values, adjust scaling parameters and view diagnostic information via handheld communicator or upper HMI system. It adopts high-precision sensing element, stable performance and long service cycle, suitable for harsh industrial working conditions.

It integrates comprehensive self-diagnostic functions, which can monitor sensor health, power supply state and communication quality continuously. It supports alarm configuration and sensor failure prompt, which helps maintenance personnel locate faults quickly. It can be configured for gauge pressure, absolute pressure and differential pressure measurement according to different diaphragm and sensor options. It cannot be replaced directly by P420 transmitters with extended data logging function.

The rugged stainless steel sensor diaphragm and die-cast aluminum housing have good anti-corrosion and anti-vibration performance. The local display module can show process value, unit and alarm status on site, and the buttons on the display cover support local parameter setting. It runs on 10.5~45VDC loop power supply.

Most stocked units are surplus and fully tested transmitters. Before installation, technicians need to confirm the measuring range, process connection specification and HART version. Wrong range setting will lead to measurement deviation.

Industry Applications: Applied in petrochemical pipelines, gas metering skids, boiler systems and water treatment facilities for pressure and liquid level continuous measurement.
