SIEMENS iPAC-CM-NERN-B is a core control module belonging to the Procidia iPAC series, designed for compact distributed process control solutions. It integrates analog input, analog output, discrete I/O and embedded control logic on a single unit, supporting PID closed-loop regulation, interlock logic execution and local data acquisition for field process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level. The module is equipped with Ethernet communication port and Modbus protocol support, enabling seamless data exchange with HMI, supervisory DCS host and other networked automation devices for remote parameter configuration, trend monitoring and alarm transmission.

It adopts compact rack-mounted structure and industrial-grade reinforced circuit board, built with complete EMC shielding, surge protection and built-in fault self-diagnosis mechanism. It can continuously monitor internal hardware status, communication faults and channel anomalies, and generate alarm signals timely once abnormal conditions are detected.
