SIEMENS 42-15 is a Nullmatic series precision pneumatic pressure regulator, widely used in instrument air loops to provide stable, regulated output pressure for I/P converters, valve positioners and pneumatic actuators. It adopts a well-proven flapper-nozzle pneumatic structure integrated with built-in safety release valve, which can quickly exhaust excess pressure when the output exceeds the preset value to protect downstream pneumatic instruments from overpressure damage. The regulator is equipped with high-precision adjusting spring and internal filtering assembly, which can filter tiny moisture and particulate impurities carried in the instrument air supply, reducing the risk of nozzle blockage and slow drift of set pressure.

It features excellent regulation linearity and low pressure hysteresis, maintaining steady output pressure even when the upstream supply pressure fluctuates. The rugged die-cast housing is sealed against dust and moisture, suitable for outdoor skid mounting and harsh cabinet environments with continuous vibration. The top adjustment knob allows convenient on-site setpoint tuning and locking after calibration to prevent accidental pressure change. Standard threaded connection ports support direct installation into pneumatic manifolds and instrument air piping. Every unit will pass air tightness test, pressure stability inspection and calibration verification before shipment to ensure consistent performance and good compatibility with original pneumatic control loops.
