The 39PSR4ANEN is a PSM rack power supply module originally developed by Moore under Siemens APACS+ and QUADLOG DCS systems. It accepts 115/230V AC wide-range grid input with 47~63Hz frequency, converting AC power into stable 24VDC regulated output for rack controllers and I/O modules. It provides 7.3A rated output current to power the whole backplane bus, and it is commonly configured as redundant parallel power supply for critical process racks.

This power module integrates multi-level protection circuits including overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and over-temperature protection. It will cut off output automatically under abnormal load conditions to avoid cascading damage to other rack modules. The suffix ANEN defines its power rating, input specification and hardware revision, which distinguishes it from 39PSR4ANBN and 39PSR4ANDN variants. It can work in both ACMx standard racks and QUADLOG safety racks.

The internal PCB is coated with conformal coating to resist dust, condensation and light corrosive vapors in refinery and chemical control rooms. The front panel LED indicators display power input status, normal output state and fault alarm for convenient on-site inspection. It occupies one standard rack slot and supports hot swap under specific rack operation modes, but process risk assessment must be completed before online replacement.

Most stocked units are surplus and fully tested modules recovered from decommissioned APACS control racks. Before installation, technicians need to confirm AC input voltage requirement. Parallel redundant configuration requires matching identical model and revision code.

Industry Applications: Applied in petrochemical safety skids, gas compression control systems, boiler critical control rooms and water treatment facilities for centralized 24VDC power supply of DCS racks.
