SIEMENS 39HFM2CBN is an HFM HART fieldbus module developed for QUADLOG and APACS+ DCS rack systems, designed to acquire 4-20mA analog signals superimposed with HART digital communication signals from smart field transmitters. It can not only collect conventional analog process values for closed-loop control, but also read rich HART device information including tag name, range setting, diagnostic status, sensor temperature and self-check alarms from HART instruments. The module adopts industrial reinforced PCB and comprehensive EMC shielding design, built-in surge suppression and signal isolation circuits, which effectively suppress electromagnetic noise and ground loop interference inside the control cabinet and guarantee stable analog measurement and reliable HART digital communication at the same time.

It uses standard backplane plug-in installation structure, supporting quick removal and replacement during planned maintenance and fault troubleshooting, which helps maintenance technicians reduce the outage time of HART instrument loops. The module supports channel configuration and HART device management through APACS+ engineering software, allowing remote parameter adjustment of matched smart transmitters without local operation. It integrates complete channel diagnostic functions, capable of detecting loop open circuit, short circuit, signal over-range and HART communication timeout, and uploading fault alarms to the main control host for fast fault location. Every spare module will complete full channel signal test, HART communication test and rack compatibility verification before shipment to ensure stable matching with original QUADLOG hardware.
