Product Details:
The 36V1522NNN22AN is a paper chart recorder from the Moore 36V series under Siemens, a standalone panel-mounted recording instrument built to continuously log process variable data over time. It features multiple universal isolated input channels, compatible with 4-20mA current signals, thermocouple and RTD sensor signals from field transmitters, capturing temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level data and printing traces on rolled recording chart paper. Unlike rack-based DCS modules, this recorder works independently and has a built-in display for operators to view real-time values directly on site.
This model supports configurable recording speed and channel scaling settings through the local menu. The suffix NNN22AN defines its hardware configuration, including the number of input channels, relay alarm output setup and optional communication function. It is equipped with internal alarm relays that can trigger warning signals when process values go beyond the preset high and low limits. It runs on wide-range AC mains power supply and does not require a control rack or backplane bus for operation.
The internal circuit board adopts conformal coating to resist condensation and light chemical vapors in refinery and chemical control rooms. Its front panel is designed for standard panel cutout installation, and the transparent cover protects the chart paper and printing mechanism from dust contamination. The built-in diagnostic function can remind users when paper is running low or the printing head is abnormal.
Most stocked units are fully tested surplus units removed from retired process monitoring skids. Before installation, technicians need to verify the channel quantity and signal types defined by the suffix string, and match the correct specification of recording chart paper. Different suffix configurations cannot be interchanged directly.

Industry Applications: Applied in furnace monitoring systems, pipeline pressure tracking, chemical reaction units and boiler auxiliary control rooms for continuous historical recording of process parameters.
Note: Confirm suffix configuration, channel quantity and signal type before ordering
