  The 353A4F1NNNNNNA is a single-loop PID controller from the Moore 353 series, which was acquired by Siemens. It is a panel-mounted standalone regulator rather than a rack-inserted DCS module, built to handle independent closed-loop regulation for temperature, pressure, flow and level variables. It features an intuitive front panel with digital readout and operating keys, allowing field operators to adjust setpoints, switch operation modes and check alarm status directly without an engineering workstation.

  This unit supports configurable PID parameters and comes with built-in alarm relays for high and low process value triggers. The long suffix code NNNNNNA defines its fixed hardware configuration, including standard analog I/O and no optional communication interface installed. It accepts common field sensor signals such as 4-20mA current signals, and users can set the input range through local menu configuration. It follows the standard 1/4 DIN mounting dimension, which is widely compatible with control cabinet panel cutouts.

  The internal circuit board adopts conformal coating to resist dust and mild condensation in factory control rooms. It is powered by AC mains supply and runs stably for long-term continuous operation.
