Product Details:
The 351A21N1C belongs to Moore 351 series triple-loop digital controller under Siemens, a rack-mounted multi-loop process regulator powered by AC supply. Unlike the 353 single-loop panel controller, this unit supports three independent PID control loops running simultaneously, which can perform coordinated adjustment for multiple related process parameters. It is equipped with front digital display and operating buttons, supporting local setpoint modification, auto/manual switching and alarm status checking.
It supports auto-tuning PID algorithm, cascade and ratio control strategies to meet complex process control requirements. It accepts standard 4-20mA, thermocouple and RTD input signals, and signal scaling and engineering units can be configured through local menu. The suffix N1C defines its channel configuration, alarm output option and hardware revision version. It cannot be replaced directly by 351 variants with different suffix codes or 353 single-loop controllers. It works independently and does not rely on ACMx or QUADLOG backplane rack bus.
The internal PCB is coated with conformal coating to resist dust, condensation and light corrosive vapors in refinery and chemical control rooms. Front panel LED indicators display process values, alarm trigger state and power status for convenient on-site inspection. The rear terminal block supports centralized wiring for three loops of input, output and alarm signals.
Most stocked units are surplus and fully tested units removed from retired process control skids. Before installation, technicians need to confirm the suffix configuration and match the signal type of each loop to the field transmitters and actuators.

Industry Applications: Applied in furnace group control, heat treatment systems, chemical reaction auxiliary units and boiler auxiliary control systems for synchronous regulation of three related process loops.
Note: Confirm triple-loop configuration and full suffix definition before ordering
