SIEMENS 16353-53 is an I/O expander board kit designed for the classic Moore 353 series single-loop process controllers, used to expand the available input and output channels of the 353 controller and enrich its signal processing capacity. The kit contains the expander PCB board, matched precision range resistors and reference junction compensation components required for installation. After installation, it adds extra analog and discrete signal interfaces, allowing the controller to access more process measurement signals and drive additional regulating or alarm output points without replacing the main controller unit.
