The 16154-101/01 is an analog termination panel for Moore ACMx series under Siemens APACS+ DCS system, acting as the signal junction between analog I/O modules and field instrument cables. It is specially designed for 4-20mA analog signal loops of pressure, flow, temperature and level transmitters, arranging all signal terminals in a centralized layout for convenient wiring, inspection and maintenance. It does not carry signal conversion or control logic functions, and it only serves as a stable signal transfer medium.

It matches ACMx analog modules such as EAM and SAM series. Each terminal group is clearly marked with corresponding channel numbers, and built-in channel isolation structures reduce crosstalk interference between adjacent instrument loops. The suffix 101/01 defines its channel layout, terminal type and hardware revision version. It cannot be mixed with discrete termination panels for digital signal circuits.

The internal PCB is coated with conformal coating to resist dust and condensation in chemical plant and refinery control rooms. Screw-type terminals provide reliable clamping force for field copper wires, and spare test points are reserved on the panel for engineers to inject standard signals and check loop integrity during commissioning. There are no communication chips or diagnostic LEDs on this termination panel.

Most stocked units are surplus and fully tested panels recovered from decommissioned APACS+ control skids. Before installation, technicians need to confirm the matched analog module model and channel mapping definition. Wrong channel pairing will cause misreading of field instrument values.
