The 16066-1-0J is a marshalled termination panel of Moore APACS+ series under Siemens, designed for signal wiring arrangement between SDM discrete I/O modules and field on-site equipment such as limit switches, solenoid valves and auxiliary relays. It concentrates all signal terminals on one panel, facilitating wiring inspection, loop continuity testing and routine maintenance work. It does not contain logic chips and signal conversion circuits, it only serves as a stable wiring transfer medium for digital discrete loops.

It is compatible with SDM series digital modules, applicable to both standard ACMx racks and QUADLOG non-safety racks. Each terminal is clearly printed with channel number marking. Built-in electrical isolation structure reduces crosstalk interference between adjacent digital channels. The suffix 1-0J defines pin assignment, terminal type and hardware revision. It cannot be mixed with analog termination panels for 4-20mA instrument loops.

The internal PCB is coated with conformal coating to resist dust, condensation and light corrosive vapors in refinery and chemical control rooms. The screw-type terminals can firmly clamp copper wires, and reserved test points support loop signal injection and continuity check during site commissioning. It has no indicator lights and cannot work independently without matched SDM modules.

Most stocked units are surplus and fully tested panels recovered from decommissioned APACS control skids. Before installation, technicians need to confirm the matched SDM module model and channel mapping. Wrong channel pairing will cause misoperation of field discrete equipment.

Industry Applications: Applied in petrochemical auxiliary control skids, gas compressor interlock panels, boiler auxiliary control rooms and water treatment facilities for centralized wiring transition of digital discrete signals.
