SIEMENS 15921-21 is a HART-compatible marshalled termination assembly designed for Moore APACS+ and QUADLOG DCS systems, used together with HFM HART fieldbus modules to realize orderly transition and distribution of 4-20mA+HART superimposed signals from field smart transmitters. It integrates high-reliability screw terminal blocks and internal signal routing traces, centralizing multi-channel instrument wiring to simplify field cable termination, loop commissioning, signal inspection and troubleshooting work. The assembly adopts flame-retardant insulating base and anti-vibration locking terminal structure, which can maintain stable contact state under continuous cabinet vibration and avoid signal interruption caused by loose wiring. Built-in signal filtering and transient surge limiting layout suppresses voltage spikes and channel crosstalk, protecting the rear HFM module from electrical damage introduced by field instrument cables.

It is designed for standard cabinet backplate mounting, convenient for layout adjustment during system expansion, loop modification and module replacement. Each terminal position is clearly marked with channel numbers, which helps maintenance engineers quickly trace signal lines and locate abnormal HART communication loops.
