The 15737-114-1 is a rack-mounted power supply module originally developed by Moore and incorporated under Siemens APACS+ DCS platform. It provides stable 24VDC regulated power supply for ACMx rack controllers and I/O modules, converting industrial AC input into clean DC power for the whole rack backplane bus. It integrates multi-stage EMI filtering circuits to suppress power grid surge interference and voltage fluctuation, protecting all sensitive control and signal cards inside the rack from unstable factory power supply.

This power module is equipped with built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection circuits. It will automatically cut off output under abnormal load conditions to avoid chain damage to other modules. The suffix 114-1 defines its power output rating and hardware revision. It cannot be replaced directly by other 15737 series power modules with different suffix codes, and it is only compatible with standard ACMx racks, not applicable for QUADLOG CCMx safety racks.

The internal PCB is coated with conformal coating to resist dust, condensation and light corrosive vapors in refinery and chemical control rooms. The front panel LED indicators display power input status, normal output state and fault alarm for convenient on-site inspection. It occupies one standard rack slot and can be configured for redundant power supply parallel operation in critical control racks.

Most stocked units are surplus and fully tested modules recovered from decommissioned APACS+ control racks. Before installation, technicians need to confirm the power rating and check the input voltage specification. Parallel redundant configuration requires matching the same model and revision code.

Industry Applications: Applied in petrochemical production units, gas compression skids, boiler auxiliary control systems and water treatment facilities for centralized DC power supply of ACMx control racks.
