Product Details:

The SEW MC07B0005-5A3-4-00 frequency inverter belongs to the MOVITRAC B MC07B series, compact standard drive from SEW-EURODRIVE for asynchronous motor speed regulation. This unit is rated 0.55kW, designed for 3-phase 380–500V AC power supply, supporting V/f control and simple vector control mode. It is designed for general variable speed tasks without high-precision encoder feedback, widely used for fan, pump and simple conveyor motor speed adjustment. It supports SBus communication and optional fieldbus interface modules for networking with upper controllers.

This inverter is equipped with STO safe torque off safety function complying with PL d, and supports external braking resistor connection for four-quadrant operation. Built-in monitoring circuits detect overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating and communication faults. If the drive fails, the motor will stop unexpectedly and trigger fault alarm of the automation system.

This drive adopts IP20 cabinet-mounted compact structure, digital and analog I/O terminals are reserved for interlock signals with peripheral equipment. The working ambient temperature range is 0℃ to 55℃, storage temperature range from -20℃ to 70℃. It can be matched with DBG60B operation panel for parameter setting, status reading and fault diagnosis. LED indicators on the front panel help maintenance technicians quickly locate abnormal conditions.

This SEW MC07B0005-5A3-4-00 inverter is widely used as maintenance replacement spare parts for small conveyors, fans, pumps and other simple automation equipment requiring cost-effective variable speed control. The original manufacturer has discontinued this model, and most units available on the global industrial spare parts market are fully tested refurbished units. Before installation, technicians need to check power terminals, power modules and circuit boards for aging or damage. After installation, complete motor identification and running test. Regular inspection of connector tightness helps extend the service life of the inverter.
