ABB DSDP160 is a high precision pulse counter board designed for ABB Advant OCS industrial control systems. The high precision pulse counter board collects pulse signals from encoders and flow sensors, performs high-speed pulse counting, speed measurement and position calculation, and transmits the processed data to the main controller. This ABB DSDP160 module supports multiple counting modes, including up counting, down counting and bidirectional counting, which can independently complete high-frequency pulse signal processing. The Advant OCS pulse counting module adopts galvanic isolation design to prevent external surge signals and electromagnetic interference from damaging the main control hardware. It has built-in self-diagnostic function and LED status indicators, which can monitor pulse input status and internal circuit faults in real time and output alarm prompts for rapid maintenance. The circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment to resist dust, moisture and vibration in power plant and heavy industrial environments. Widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical and paper-making industries for speed monitoring, position tracking and flow measurement of production equipment. Rack plug-in structure enables convenient installation and quick field replacement.
