ABB 3BHB030310R0001 / 5SHY4045L0006 is an asymmetric integrated gate-commutated thyristor (IGCT) power module, the core power switching component designed for ABB PCS6000 and ACS6000 medium voltage converter systems. This press-pack 91mm frame IGCT integrates the main thyristor chip, anti-parallel fast recovery diode and gate drive interface, supporting high blocking voltage and large continuous current with snubberless fast turn-off capability.
