ABB DSDP140B is a high speed pulse counter board designed for ABB Advant OCS and System 800xA industrial control systems. The high speed pulse counter board collects pulse signals from encoders, flow meters and position sensors, performs high-speed pulse counting, speed measurement and position closed-loop calculation, and outputs analog and digital control signals for positioning control. This ABB DSDP140B module integrates pulse input, digital input, digital output and analog output channels, supporting multiple counting modes including forward counting, reverse counting and phase difference counting. The Advant OCS positioning module adopts galvanic isolation design to block surge signals and electromagnetic interference from field sensors and protect the main controller hardware. It has built-in self-diagnostic function and LED status indicators, which can monitor pulse input signal quality and internal circuit faults in real time and trigger alarm prompts for rapid maintenance. Conformal coating protects the circuit board against dust, moisture and vibration, adapting to heavy industrial environments.
