ABB DSAX452 is an analog input output module for ABB Advant OCS distributed control system and S400 remote I/O stations. The analog input output module collects analog signals from field transmitters, sensors and measuring instruments, converts analog signals into digital data for the main controller, and converts control commands from the controller into analog output signals to control valves, actuators and frequency converters. This ABB DSAX452 module is equipped with 14 differential analog input channels and 6 analog output channels. The Advant OCS S400 I/O unit supports voltage and current signal types including ±10V and ±20mA, with high signal conversion precision. It adopts galvanic isolation design to block external surge and electromagnetic interference, avoiding damage to core control hardware. Built-in self-diagnostic function monitors channel status, signal abnormality and module faults, and sends out alarm signals for rapid maintenance. It supports hot swap function, users can replace the module without shutting down the DCS system to reduce production downtime. Conformal coating circuit board is resistant to moisture, dust and vibration.
