The Schneider 140CPS51100C conformal coated 125v dc power supply module is a standalone power unit designed for Modicon Quantum PLC racks operating in harsh industrial environments. This modicon quantum power module accepts 100~150V DC input and converts high-voltage DC into stable 5.1V DC backplane power, delivering up to 3A output current to supply CPU, communication and I/O modules mounted on the rack backplane. The PCB circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment, which effectively protects internal electronic components from moisture, dust and corrosive gas, maintaining stable operation in dusty and corrosive plant sites. This power supply works in standalone mode and cannot be paralleled for power expansion. A green PWR OK LED indicator on the front panel displays real-time module working state, allowing technicians to quickly check power health and diagnose faults during routine site inspection. Built-in overvoltage, overload and short-circuit protection circuits automatically cut off output under abnormal electrical conditions to protect expensive Quantum PLC modules. It supports direct plug-in installation on Quantum backplane and hot swap under specified operating conditions for convenient maintenance. This original module has been discontinued, widely stocked as spare parts for maintenance and renovation of legacy industrial automation systems. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment and railway industrial control projects to provide stable rack backplane power supply with 125V DC input source under harsh industrial environments.
