MODICON AS-B875-111 is a selectable 8 differential / 16 single-ended analog input module belonging to the Modicon 800 I/O series, functioning as a reliable signal collector and transducer interface for legacy Modicon 984 and Compact PLC racks. This analog input module converts continuous analog signals from field transducers, including 4-20 mA current and multiple standard voltage ranges, into digital data readable by the rack CPU for process monitoring and closed-loop regulation. Users can configure the channel mode to fit different instrument layouts, selecting 8 differential channels to reduce common-mode interference or 16 single-ended channels to accommodate more measurement points.
