The Schneider 140CPS51100 standalone dc power supply module is a dedicated power unit designed for Modicon Quantum PLC racks. This modicon quantum power module accepts 100~150V DC input and converts high-voltage DC into stable 5.1V DC backplane power, delivering up to 3A output current to supply power for CPU, communication and I/O modules mounted on the rack backplane. A green PWR OK LED indicator is arranged on the front panel to display real-time module operating state, allowing technicians to quickly check power status and diagnose faults during routine site inspection. Built-in overvoltage, overload and short-circuit protection circuits will automatically cut off output under abnormal electrical conditions to protect expensive Quantum PLC modules from damage. This power module works in standalone mode and cannot be paralleled for power expansion. It supports direct plug-in installation on Quantum backplane and hot swap under specified working conditions for convenient maintenance. This original Schneider module has been discontinued, widely stocked as spare parts for legacy industrial automation system maintenance. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment and railway industrial control projects to provide stable rack backplane power supply with 125V DC input source.
