The Schneider 140CPS21100C conformal coated dc power supply module is a standalone coated power unit built for Modicon Quantum PLC systems deployed in harsh industrial environments. This modicon quantum power module accepts 20~30V DC input and converts the input voltage into stable 5.1V DC backplane power for CPU, communication and I/O modules mounted on the rack backplane. The PCB circuit board is protected by conformal coating, which effectively guards internal electronic components against moisture, dust and corrosive gas, improving the reliability and service life of the module under dusty or corrosive plant conditions. This power module delivers up to 3A output current for the Quantum rack. A green PWR OK LED indicator on the front panel displays real-time power working status, allowing technicians to quickly check module health and diagnose power faults during routine on-site inspection. Built-in overvoltage, overload and short-circuit protection circuits automatically cut off output when abnormal electrical conditions occur to protect expensive Quantum PLC modules from damage. It supports plug-in installation on Quantum backplane and hot swap under specified operating conditions for convenient maintenance. This original product has been discontinued, widely stocked as spare parts for maintenance and upgrade of legacy industrial automation systems.
