The Schneider 140CPS11420C conformal coated summable ac power supply module is a high-reliability power unit designed for Modicon Quantum PLC automation systems working in harsh industrial environments. This modicon quantum power module accepts 93~276V AC input at 47~63Hz and converts it into stable 5.1V DC backplane power to supply CPU, communication and I/O modules mounted on the rack. The PCB circuit board adopts conformal coating treatment, which can resist moisture, dust and corrosive gas, effectively protecting internal circuits from environmental interference. This summable power supply can run standalone or be paralleled with identical modules to expand total power capacity, delivering up to 11A output current under standalone condition and 10A in redundant parallel configuration. A green PWR OK LED indicator on the front panel displays real-time module operating state, helping technicians quickly check power health and diagnose faults. Built-in overvoltage, overload and short-circuit protection circuits can cut off output automatically under abnormal current to protect expensive Quantum PLC modules. It supports plug-in installation on Quantum backplane rack and hot swap for on-site maintenance. This original module has been discontinued, widely stocked as spare parts for maintenance and renovation of legacy industrial automation systems.
