The Schneider 140CPS11400 summable ac power supply module is a high-performance power unit designed for Modicon Quantum PLC racks. This modicon quantum power module accepts 100~276V AC input and converts it into stable 5.1V DC backplane power for CPU, communication and I/O modules. This summable power supply supports parallel connection of multiple power modules to increase total rack power capacity, which is suitable for racks with a large quantity of I/O and special function modules. It provides up to 8A output current. A power OK LED indicator on the front panel shows real-time module working state, helping technicians quickly check power health and locate faults. Built-in overvoltage, overload and short-circuit protection circuits can cut off output automatically when abnormal current occurs, preventing damage to expensive Quantum PLC modules. It can be directly inserted into the Quantum backplane rack and supports hot swap under specified conditions for convenient maintenance. This original Schneider module has been discontinued, widely stocked as spare parts for legacy automation system maintenance. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment and chemical industrial control projects to supply power for large Quantum racks.
