The Schneider 140CHS41020 level 2 low cost hot standby kit is a complete plc redundancy accessory package built for Modicon Quantum automation systems, equipped with dual 140CPU11303 processors. This modicon quantum hot standby kit is a level 2 redundant solution, which contains two 140CPU11303 CPUs, two hot standby synchronization modules, two 140CPS11100 power supplies, two 140XBP00600 backplanes, a 3-meter fiber optic synchronization cable, S908 terminator kit, supporting software and installation manual. This hot standby kit supports bumpless automatic switchover. When the primary CPU fails, the standby rack will instantly take over control, maintain continuous process operation and avoid unexpected shutdown losses. The fiber optic cable realizes high-speed real-time synchronization of control program, I/O status and process variables between primary rack and backup rack. Each synchronization module is equipped with LED status indicators, helping engineers monitor synchronization status and quickly locate communication faults. This original product was discontinued on May 31,2015, and is widely stocked as spare parts for maintenance and reconstruction of old industrial automation systems.
