The Schneider 140CHS32000 hot standby coaxial splitter kit is a dedicated plc accessory designed for Modicon Quantum coaxial hot standby redundant systems. This modicon quantum splitter kit is used for signal distribution on coaxial communication links between primary rack and standby rack in redundant PLC configuration. This hot standby coaxial splitter kit contains two splitter boxes and matching line impedance components. It adopts standard coaxial interfaces to split and transmit synchronization signals for redundant control racks, maintaining stable signal integrity during system bumpless switchover. The splitter kit can properly match the impedance of coaxial cables, reduce signal reflection and attenuation, and ensure reliable data exchange between the main and standby CPUs. It supports installation with trunk coaxial cables and 520402000 terminators. This original product has been discontinued since May 31,2015, and is stocked as spare parts for maintenance and renovation of legacy industrial automation systems. It is widely used in power, petrochemical, metallurgy and chemical industries for Modicon Quantum hot standby redundant system coaxial signal distribution.
