The Schneider 140CHS21000C hot standby kit is a complete conformal coated plc redundancy accessory package designed for Modicon Quantum high availability control systems. This modicon quantum kit includes two conformal coated hot standby redundancy modules, a 3-meter fiber optic synchronization cable, S908 terminator set, supporting loadable software and official installation manual. The PCB boards of redundancy modules adopt Humiseal 1A33 conformal coating treatment, which can resist moisture, dust and corrosive gas in harsh industrial environments. This hot standby kit supports bumpless automatic rack switchover. When the primary CPU fails, the system will quickly switch to standby rack to maintain continuous production operation and avoid unexpected shutdown losses. The fiber optic link realizes high-speed real-time synchronization of control program, I/O status and process variables between primary and standby racks. Each module is equipped with multi-channel LED indicators to display module ready, synchronization link and fault status, convenient for on-site engineers to monitor system operation and diagnose faults. This original product has been discontinued, and it is widely stocked as spare parts for maintenance and upgrade of old automation systems.
