The Schneider 140CHS21000 hot standby kit is a complete redundancy accessory package designed for Modicon Quantum PLC systems. This modicon quantum hot standby kit contains 2 hot standby redundancy modules, a 3-meter fiber optic synchronization cable, S908 terminator set, loadable software package and installation manual, which provides all necessary hardware and software components to build a rack-level hot standby redundant control system. This hot standby kit supports bumpless automatic switchover when the primary CPU fails, the switchover time is less than 100ms, and it can keep the production process running continuously without shutdown. The fiber optic cable realizes high-speed real-time synchronization of program, I/O status and process variables between primary rack and standby rack, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference in industrial sites. Each redundancy module is equipped with multiple LED indicators for module status, synchronization link and fault diagnosis, helping engineers quickly judge system operating conditions.
