The Schneider 140CFJ00400 cablefast analog output fused terminal block is a professional plc accessory designed for Modicon Quantum analog output modules. This modicon quantum terminal block works as the wiring interface between analog output modules and field actuators such as control valves and electric regulators. It adopts a 50-pin female SUB-D connector to connect with matching CableFast prefabricated cables, and captive screw terminals are used for field analog signal wiring to maintain stable connection under mechanical vibration. This cablefast analog output fused terminal block provides 4 analog output channels, each channel equipped with independent 0.063A fuse protection. When short circuit or overload fault occurs on field wiring, the individual fuse will blow to isolate the fault and protect the PLC analog output module from damage. Each output point has six independent terminals, supporting output, sense, shield and test connection points, which helps improve signal integrity and allows convenient signal testing. The terminal block can be quickly mounted on standard 35mm DIN rail. During maintenance work, technicians can disconnect the SUB-D cable without removing all field wires, which saves troubleshooting time and reduces unexpected system downtime.
